Everything was great on the car. You all did an awesome job with my car. The only problem was the return date of the car had to be extend which left me car less for a few days and it would of been appreciated if I would have known ahead of time to actually have a back up car.

I asked Maria if i can keep my old tail light and i was told yes, that it will be okay. I didn't get my tail light back and was told that they will contact me the next day to get it. I was never contacted the next day. Other than that, the repairs came out good.

One critique: let the customer know right away when they have an eta on completion. I wasn't notified until the day it was ready and could not pickup that day. Had to pay an extra day for rental car because i was not prepared. Other than that, service was great.

Customer satisfaction. Rep. Patrick went above and beyond to assist me, and provided world class service. Rep. Monica was friendly, and professional and followed up with me by provding updates on the vehicle's progress. The body shop washed my car, even though the weather was not favorable (it was raining). I would rate this body shop this time as a ten, verses my last experience I rated them an eight.
