Emily and Roxanna were professional and demonstrated concern for my personal situation. By their description the shop was even busier than normal. Yet they still managed to complete my auto in the time they stated and deliver the vehicle on time as well. I was completely satisfied until the day my car was supposed to be ready, just to find out that it was delayed. Everybody handled the situation very professional and friendly but that did not change the fact that I was disappointed. I would have expected a little more than just a verbal apology to make up for the inconvenience. I appreciated that the situation was explained to me by Eli and he was honest about a mistake being made but again a simple gesture at pick up would have made a big difference.
