The wheel that was supposed to be conditioned is missing and my spare tire and rim was installed on my vehicle so I'm missing a brand new tire and the rim that was on my car

The car was delivered with the emergency brake going right down to the floor.
The car has a dual sun visor on each side. The driver's side was not going up all the way. When I lowered the outer visor, the inner visor fell right into my lap. Someone at your shop broke the plastic pivot points on the inner visor and then just slipped the broken visor back under the outer visor.
Your body work is beautiful, but the brake problem and the broken sun visor marred what would have been a perfect experience.
