Everything was completely smooth up until the day I was to pick up my car. After rushing to your shop in traffic after work to make it there before you closed. I was told that AAA was not paying my claim and that I was expected to go through my insurance company.
I was not happy with the unnecessary drama.My car was finally delivered to me the next day, however, on my first drive on the way to my local gas station I ran out of gas.
Im sure the gentleman who delivered my car could see that the car was on empty. He was lucky enough to make it ti my house. But unfortunately I was not.
What was anticipated to be a really smooth experience was tainted by two unfortunate incidences.

I was 8 out of 10 satisfied. delivery date was pushed a couple times for perfectly understandable reasons, and this was after my car was not able to be taken in until well after the first meeting.
Staff were uniformly EXCELLENT - especially Danny. Answered all questions as they came up, and was very flexible with some items that I wanted changed up. I would definitely use Pride again.

The repair work was done quickly and was even finished before the estimated date. Everyone at Pride Auto Body was very polite and considerate, and they were able to negotiate a fair price to complete the repairs that my insurance company was willing to pay. An extra bonus for me was that they thoroughly cleaned the outside and inside of my vehicle. I don't think my car has looked this nice since I drove her off the lot at the Honda Dealership!
