It was my second time to bring my car in for service. The staff has not failed to provide superb customer service, great work that makes your car look like new. They even wash and wax before the release. Very good with status updates and an actual person answers the phone when you call for inquiries. They were a day early from the target date of delivery. Pride auto body does great work. My car looks great. The only small problem I have is it took over three weeks to repair my car but I think part of that was due to a supplemental appraisal. I will always use Pride for repairs to my car!

It took 17 days to complete; entirely too long for a relatively easy repair. Pride found too many things that could not have been caused by a damaged bumper. When you find rust on some parts, one has to wonder how parts can rust 3-4 days after the damage occurred. My dissatisfaction has already been shared with AAA.
