This is my second time using Pride auto body and the experience again was just wonderful. I can't sing your praises enough. The customer service was excellent. I was kept fully updated on the status of my car throughout the process. And all the work on my car was done impeccably.

Everything was handled very well. My only constructive comment pertains to managing expectations. I was originally told that if I brought the car in on a Monday morning it might be ready late Wednesday or more likely Thursday. I anticipated that it would actually be on Friday but it wasn't ready until almost end of day Monday. Had I known this, I could have better coordinated car sharing with my wife and/or rented a car.

Valencia site folks were truly wonderful. Did not feel disrespected or intimidated. Gave me a ride back to my work and dropped my car off at work. Was on time with excellent quality. Helped me navigate insurance and get me covered for a rental car too. Price was worth it Highly recommend the team.
