Way longer then estimated time to repair. My car was not put back together properly

I had body work done, had to replace the front bumper and the wheel well liner. They called and said the car was ready, but when I inspected the vehicle, the cracked wheel well liner was not replaced-- your staff just screwed the cracked original back in place. So unprofessional! I had to leave my vehicle another night. The asst manager Tony said he would take care of it first thing in the morning. I had a service appt also the next morning as well to get an oil change and tire rotation. It was set up one week prior. I got a call saying they had no record of the appt, but they were able to fit me in. The next day they call around 11:30am and said that the car was almost ready and I ask them to make sure the body work was finished as well. They said they would call when everything was done. I needed my vehicle by 2:30pm that day and didn't hear from anyone by ****:30, so I called to find out what was taking so long. They informed me that car was ready. I went to pick up the vehicle, and upon inspection, found that the wheel well liner still had not been fixed. I had to wait another twenty minutes or so until everything was done. From the body shop technician who took the easy way out, the service department who somehow lost my appointment, to the assistant manager Tony who dropped the **** on his assurance, it was a horrible experience. I would be ashamed if I provided service like that and had the audacity to charge for it.
