Hello. I hope that you find this helpful-- My car was with your firm for 7 days which in reality I was anticipating a 2-3 day turnaround. I was only told on the 7th day after I called that there was some issues receiving the correct light needed for the repair. Additionally I was also told that the check engine light was on in the vehicle- however car was dropped without the check engine light on. I was told they could see what the code was but unable to clear it. Upon leaving the lot my dashboard began to flash red concerned I called my mechanic Rudy (pulled over) and was shocked to see the hood was ajar and not closed properly. Rudy was able to clear the code however the car was at his shop till late in the afternoon, losing another entire day without my vehicle. These are the reasons for saying no I was not satisfied.
