There was no communication between the two locations my car was at resulting in me having to call both stores multiple times and finally my insurance to get the story straight. The first store already had the parts but couldn’t get to it in a timely manner so they transferred it to another store. I was okay with that until I was told they would have to re-order the parts because they couldn’t use the ones from the previous store so that it would be another week before they even started. This was only resolved by me reaching out to my insurance to get y’all to expedite the process.
