Repair was supposed to be done by Friday, 2/8. It was not, then by Monday 2/11. It was not and I didn't even receive a phone call that it was not completed. I called, my call was not returned. Tuesday morning, I received an e-mail from Mercury telling me that the car was not going to be ready on Monday.......really? I later received an e-mail telling me it was ready for pick-up. When I picked the car up I was very pleased with the work. Conclusion: you should be more prompt with notices when things aren't going on schedule than you do telling me how everything is going so smoothly.

Your staff was extremely helpful. As a matter of fact, they were unusually courteous which I found to be strange, but I guess that makes everyone else below your high standards and I'm just not use to the awesome treatment. My adviser Dave was very pleasant to work with and I would recommend Prestige to anyone who needs quality auto body work with extraordinary service. BTW: Enterprise was also drinking the same Kool-aid. Everyone was soooo nice. I just can't get over it.

The repairs were completed on time and to our satisfaction. We did have to bring the car back the next day because the back seat seat belt was not attached to the car and could not be used. Fortunately, the shop was pen on Saturday morning for the shop to re-attach the seat belt. Even though this caused some frustraion, in the end it was handled without a problem.
