They took a week for minor repairs and when I received my car it wasn't completely fix. I have to go back tomorrow to get my car fixed again!!! They said it would take 20 minutes but then again they said my car would be fixed in 4 days. They went from Friday to Monday at 12 then Monday at 5 oh wait no 530. Disappointed

I appreciated the speed of getting my car back and the regular updates. My only complaint was when I first called and asked about the repair and faxed in the information nobody contacted me that in order to order the parts a deposit was required. Once I called and found this out the process was much faster.

I am completely satisfied that my car is fixed and running, however it took a ridiculous amount of time to get fixed. I brought it in May 16th and got it back June 14th. And it was returned on empty. For the 10k it cost my insurance to fix it you would think you guys would use some of that money to put at least a quarter tank or something! That is just lazy and not good customer service!!

Everyone, from the receptionists to Jose were patient and courteous and took time to explain what was happening and what would transpire next. My car looked brand new when it was returned to me.
