Overall bad experience. Poor communication from staff. No follow initiated from their end. Vehicle still not complete. I have to take it back to a have the correct tail light put in. Would not recommend Prestige Auto or return for future auto repairs.

My car was returned in excellent condition. Didn't really get to know the entire team that worked on my vehicle but if they are even a fraction as professional and courteous as Jose was then I can safely say that Prestige Auto is staffed by nothing but consummate professionals. An additional bonus that was given to me by Jose and his team was the fact that they found my key which was missing for 3 weeks. This saved me around 300 in man hours from having to pay Infiniti to remove the seat. I am completely satisfied and am definitely going to return in the future for some additional body work.

while the purpose of the visit was achieved,while detailing my vehicle, your staff REMOVED vinyl from the driver door that was not completely off. This was done because, "It was blowing around and half off in the first place." In addition, you have Double charged me, claiming that the first card was not accepted, when in fact it was. I will be returning tomorrow to show you the bill. Secondly, because there was a verbal agreement that you would cover repair of the vinyl of the door panel, I will be providing the invoice.

Bumper was repaired and painted. Did not match the pain if the rest of the car. Not happy as i have to take the car again to another body shop. Prestige never called to inform that they cant match the paint.

At first I was not satisfied as there was a terrible vibration and rattle that drove me crazy for a week, but I finally figured out what was making the noise. The roof rack bolts were not tightened properly. Once I fixed that, all was good. Also, the plastic covering was cracked and a new part was being ordered but I have not yet received a call that the part was in. Overall, a really good job on the repair but with just the above issues. Thanks!

Appears the car was hit with a buffing wheel away from the repair leaving a white mark in the quarter panel near the rear wheel area and swirl marks in teh paint which were not there prior to being brought in ...this is a 2012 car always garaged and had never been machined polished. Additionally the car pulls to the right while driving noting that the front end alignment was either not done or not done correctly. Noted these issues to Jose and he asked that we bring it back in which we will try to do this week. Thanks.
