Everything was good except me having to wait outside the office from 730 till 8 to pick up my car. The young red head women could have at Least acknowledged me. I thought I was at a grocery store waiting for the bell to ring so she could unlock the door.

I would have liked to been have better informed about what was happening. This is more of an issue I have with geico than with you. However, I know that at first you were not going to fix the additional item and then all of the sudden you were able to find what else needed to be fixed. It just felt like you were trying to only fix what geico wanted you too instead of the entire problem. In the end I am satisfied so far but I have only driven the car a few miles since I picked it up.
