The 39.99 detailing was not detailed as expected. A 17 local handwash is a better deal than the 39.99 deal. In the past a basic wash and vacuum was complementary. That should be the practice. The detailing package was disappointing. The overall experience with the repaur was still good.

Rude staff including manager Darryl. my car was returned to me with 3 new dents. They didn't even offer to fix it at the shop instead they "doing me a favor" to have some other third party company to fix dents they made . Unprofessional rude would never recommend this place

I was very impressed with everything they did. This included my check in, constant updates about my vehicle & doing everything they promised to do. I even got my car back one day before I was supposed to!! I drive over 200 miles a day in my vehicle. It is like a second home & they understood my need to get it back as quickly as possible. I hope I never have another according again, but if I did I would bring my car back to Prsetige auto. I will also recommend Prestige to anyone else who needs repairs. My window sticker is gone. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience. The young lady at the counter was professional and answered all my questions. The adjustor was great. Everything went smooth, except my apartment parking sticker is gone. :(
