Unfortunately even after carefully looking the vehicle over with Rob we both missed what looks like buffer marks or color sanding on the back door the only door to be painted was to be he driver door. The damaged or incomplete area is along the bottom of the door which is hard to see until you stand back from the car the damaged area is 14 inches long and 4 inches wide I will be bringing back today after picking it up yesterday

I was told the inside and outside of the car is washed but only the outside and windshield was cleaned. You guys are awesome and I know you were busy but I went home in a filthy car and maybe that's my own fault but the car wash would have been nice. Dave was exceptional and my car was ready in two days. Thanks very much.

This has been a terrible experience and I will never recommend this center for repair. The day after my auto collision my front brakes started loudly squeaking and my maintenance light came on as a result of the impact. When I brought my vehicle in I explained this but they only repaired the cosmetic damage and insisted that there was no way the impact could have caused the problems. They are denying me repairs on a problem that was unmistakably caused by my accident. In addition, they took two extra days after the estimate returning my car and told me upon inspection that I was missing an important safety component behind my bumper; as a result I spent hours on the phone with my lessor filing a claim only to be told a few days later that they made a mistake and had actually found it. This place is a waste of time and money and they are extremely incompetent. I will be dropping geico as my carrier if they do not remedy the situation. A complete Fail.
