Wrong part on truck. The grill doesn't line up even. The mechanic that worked on my truck didn't put it back together correctly. The truck looks like it was in a major accident when all I had was a couple cracked pieces that needed to be replaced. I called a manager yester and asked him to call me back and I still have gotten NO return call.

Every moment was a pleasure. I was rear-ended a couple of weeks ago. Mercury Insurance referred me to Prestige Auto so I took my car in the next day. The moment I walked into the office the ladies at the front desk were so nice and friendly. They offered me something to drink and a seat while they got my car assigned to someone. Mike then took me out to look over the damage to my car and let me go next door to get my rental car while he typed up the estimate. By the time I got back with my rental car (which was only a few minutes) my estimate was ready and I only had to sign then go out the door off to work. Over the next week I received email updates about how my car was doing. I absolutely loved getting the updates. It kept me from having to call to check on the car. Finally, when I arrived to pick up my car the ladies at the front desk again were so nice and friendly. They gave me a free Prestige Auto bag which I LOVED. Then Mike came and took me out to look at my fixed car. It looked like nothing had happened at all. It was back to it's wonderful original self as if it was never hit. Everything worked perfectly, the back windshield wiper, the rear door, everything was as if it had never happened. I have never had a better car repair experience. Thank you!
