Repairs were not complete. Response was.... "that is the Insurance Carrier's issue, not ours". Hardly a professional customer service oriented response. I work in a customer service related field and such a response by me would probably result in low level disciplinary action. I don't recall being notified when the claims adjuster was going to inspect the extent of the damage but it was pretty obvious that the repairs, not completed, were and extension of the damage my car incurred. I don't recall being present when the claims adjuster made their inspection. In my book that is unacceptable by both the repair shop and the insurance carrier. I believe a small claims dispute woiuld be quickly rendered in my favor.The claims adjuster asked me over the phone if the bumper was damaged. Not having the car in fron of me I could not confirm the bumber was damaged but since I knew the damage was on the side of the car I must have erroneously said the bumper was not damaged.The damage WAS on a portion of the bumper that warpas around the side of the car. Once again, this miscommunication would have been averted if I was able to inspect the damage with the claims adjuster, repair shop manager and myself present... which should have been the basic requirement for any professional service. I am waiting to hear from the insurance company and if they are willing to correct their error I am considering moving my buisness to Caliber provided the logistics, paperwork, time without a car would add to the inconvenience I have incurred with Prestige with late delivery,lack of attention and miscommunication by Prestige and filing a yelp review which would not reflect favorably on Prestige.

Failed to return repair requests on two items. Car upholstery had greasy fingerprints from moon roof replacement. Bumper repair left old damaged trim in place. Too expensive for the little efort. Paining is good and moon roof appears to work though, so I'm happy with that.

My car was dusty on the inside when I picked up. Glass was foggy the outside was great just didn't expect to have to clean up dust and dirt and it smelled like it was worked on like oil? And I really think the car rental in house is a joke. I did not appreciate moving my stuff in the rain with no help. Over all I would say sub par.
Customer service needs a re vamp.

Really, very convenient. I chose the location as a one stop shop as a Geico insurer but would go back for future repairs regardless. Courteous staff, great looking work and a clean and timely return of the car....all with convenient updates.

I am satisfied with all except Enterprise Rental experience. The car swallowed me up; difficulty seeing thru the rear window since the back seats were so high. Was on EMPTY when
I rec'd it.Had difficulty climbing hills. No parking/lane changing
assists.No XM radio- had to drive in silence. It was TOO drastically different from the car driving experience that I'm accustomed to. In order to have changed it out, I'd have had to take time off from work. Didn't want to do that. Also, they printed up a contract with an incorrect name.A very BAD experience!
