When I was instructed to pick up my car today, upon arrival, I got in the car to find out that my AC unit was not working at all. I eventually just had to leave the shop, waiste 30 total gas going to and from the shop, and left carless because of an error I don't believe would have been all that hard to spot.

This is minor but still bothered me. When I picked up the car, I noticed 2 things. ****: There was white powder all over the upholstery on my driver side door. That sort of thing should be cleaned up. 2. There is a small piece of plastic just above the windshield wipers. I noticed it was sticking out when I picked up my car and pointed it out to the gentlemen who was helping me. He took it back for a second to "fix it" but all he did was put a piece of double sided tape on it which didn't even stick. Not sure if that's how the piece is held down but it's still sticking out and shouldn't be like that.
