Hi Prestige,
When I picked up my car on Saturday, I think Jason was the one who tried to help me. He took me to sign the papers and then to look at my car. The bumper on the back right which was supposed to be completely fixed was sticking out in the bottom left corner under the light. He tried to push it back in but it didn't go. I took a photo. And asked him to right this on the paperwork. He wrote a note on the front of the paper work. I have a photo of that as well. It's a pretty obvious stick out. My car is a leased car and when I turn it in a couple months, I don't think they will miss that and then I am going to have to pay for it. A Geico insured rear-ended me and Prestige was supposed to repair the bumper to what it was before the accident. This was not done properly.
