Well first of all I went in and paid my deductible then as I approached my car I was handed my keys from a gentleman, then I first compared the old damaged right passenger side headlight area with the left. There was a complely noticeable gap between the headlamp and the right passanger side. Too me that is poor unfinished work on the car, and is not professional.

It took a little longer than expected, but I understand all the maintenance that had to go into it. I drive off the lot, and had to bring it back due to a bubble pocket being in the coolant. They got it fixed within 45 mins. Runs and looks great now.
