Took way too long to repair my car. Over a month! Was told twice my car would be done on a certain date. Both times I called to verify pick up only to be told it was not ready. Blame for the delay was...
The other facility did not give us all the parts (yes but you have had a month to get them!)
Mercedes not ordering parts (Mercedes said you did not request the part!)
The car is so new, it is hard to get parts (are you not a Mercedes approved facility and should you assume that you needed a way to get the parts?)
No one contacted me after I did send a complaint to customer service via the website (why does it say customer service if no one bothers to contact me?

Poor repair, poor paint job, after leaving work early to pick up car by promised time ended up waiting an hr in waiting area to pick up car, poor communication about when car would be ready, poor overall communication in general, txt messages were delayed and not really up to date, still waiting to correctly fix rear hatch opener, need I go on? Just poor customer service and poor workmanship

The mirror has like a shell inside, is visible from outside, and the mirror it’s self is to magnify, it’s make me feel dizzy.
I didn’t take it back because I don’t have time, and you guys don’t open on Saturdays.
The paint is well done, but the quality to pick up the part was not good.
