Every time I called or went to the location I had to wait on hold at least 12-15 minutes. I had a pair of mittens taken from my car during the repair process. Since Only the bumper was being fixed, I had no idea that someone would actually go into the center console of my car!

Got my car back without the spare tire and wheel lock. Everything was just tossed in my trunk on top of the trunk tray deforming it almost breaking the tray. There was trash left on the door compartments. Work quality on the car was as expected.
