Our car was delivered without the trim. The trim was actually inside the minivan. Did you expect us to put it on? We had to wait while our mechanic sent it back to you for the trim to be put it on. It just seems like a detail that shouldn’t have been missed.

Went to pick up the car, clear goop on the bumper, guy tried to scratch it off...iwasvoncetned eith trying to scratch it off, was just painted. He took the car to the back tried to buff it offf, paint came off...very concerned about quality of repair.
