Office receptionist was always sweet and pleasant to deal with. Adam communicated very well with status updates on the car weekly, never left us hanging wondering what the delays were. We’ve only had the car back a couple weeks, so far the repairs seem good.

I delivered my car on june 21 and i payed the initial estimated amount for the body work from my card. I was told that i would not have to worry about anything else and that they would be taking care of everything with the insurance company for any additional repairs. I was not given any updates and i had to call repeatedly for anything. Communication was by far the worst I've experienced working with adam. 45 days later i find out the car has been considered totaled after the collision center got a additional estimator involved and that none of the work was ever started to begin with, and that my car has been sitting racking up storage fees.

It took a month to schedule our appt, it took a month to fix, there are paint defects after the repair, it takes 3 months for the paint to cure, the quote showed non-OEM parts for the price of OEM parts.
