There is still a scratch in the same area that I showed the lady initially, and that I stated again when I came to pick the vehicle up the first time. For it to stillness there after the second time is unacceptable.

Would be helpful to have more advance notice of roughly when my car would be done so I could plan ahead for pickup. On the day my car was finished I was told by email the estimated completion date was still one week away. Otherwise an excellent experience.
