First, the repair on my car was excellent and I picked it up looking better than when I dropped it off (it was washed). I was received warmly and Mr. Vu ton was very pleasant and professional, a really nice guy!
Overall, the people at the Covina office made the unpleasant experience of having to have your car fixed more bearable.

Everyone is very professional,courteous,respectful...they take the time to explain and answer questions. The work done was good, but completion day changed, then changed back and then delayed another day. I understand there was the wrong part ordered but maybe it should have been checked when it first came in instead of waiting till it was placed on the car.
