Car was fixed good, the only thing is that my insurance agent said the repairs for that type of damage will take about a week, but it ended up taking 3 weeks which made me miss 2 weeks of work. It would be nice if my car had a higher priority since it was so far behind schedule.

Workmanship perfect, service outstanding, No delays, no surprises; everyone professional and efficient from the office staff to the service advisor. My only issue is that the facility does not have the expected ambiance of a body shop. No parts lying around, no grease, no junk, no ads stuck on the walls, no attempts at up selling. Potential customers probably get confused and think that they walked into a medical office. This organization is the polar opposite of the stereotype body repair. They set unreasonably high expectations and then exceeded them.
