John was our service tech. He kept me informed on progress and helped replace a couple of pieces, free of charge, that were missed in the original estimate. The final bill ended up being well above the value ratio for repair vs. replace, but many of the repairs did not become apparent until after work was started. I recommend this company, however, I hope I don't need their services again!!
