Chris, Maria and Gabby were all extremely competent, efficient and friendly. They made a frustrating situation as comfortable as it could be. The office was immaculately clean, the drive up Service at the front door made me feel as if I was getting valet service at a hotel. A really nice change from the madhouses I have experienced two other times at other repair shops. I have already recommended pacific elite to three people should they ever need any car repairs.
