There was some chips in the paint nothing big to bring it back for a while paint it's like smaller than half and inch in two spots insurance was not cooperating at all in my request but Pacific elite costumer service team was on point I loved everything about them they actually managed to save a bigger issue if they haven't asked about my probkems.

I appreciate your flexibility in allowing us to order parts ahead of time. It was also appreciated that you stayed in touch regarding the status of my vehicle. As an example, even though our vehicle was a day late on the repair, the reasoning made sense. The heavy rain made it difficult to match paint to our vehicle and ultimately the final product was good. My only criticism would be the appraisal appointment. It was 25 minutes later than scheduled which made us late for work and school. If you could do better to stay on time in this area that would be good.

The service here was completely amazing. The minute you enter you are greeted by a very nice receptionist. She was very helpful and made sure I was attended on time.
