The employee I worked with was named Jose he was very helpful very reassuring he was texting me the latest about my repair. I would receive a text every day with an update. When I got there today he made it easy for me to pick my vehicle up at the time he told me it would be ready. Jose is a very nice person.

I was so pleased w/ the customer service I received all around w/ your company, especially from Steven, Jake & Paul. Everyone was very nice, helpful & professional. I dropped my car off Wednesday afternoon & it was finished by Friday at 5pm. They had a rental car ready for me at Pacific Elite & was completely hassle free for me. In the future, if needed (hopefully not) will definitely take my car back w/o any hesitation.

I went to get my bumper fixed with Pacific Elite because it was a company close to my home that was contracted with the insurance of the person who was at fault for the accident. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and was told it would be ready by Wednesday. I get a call at 3:30 on Monday saying it was ready and I was not anticipating to pick up my vehicle until Wednesday. That’s one. Two, I go to pick up my vehicle and I notice that the colon not the texture of the bumper matches the rest of the car. I was told that the bumper needed to “mold itself” with the rest of the car because even the side of the bumper weren’t perfectly aligned with the rest of the car. I left Pacific Elite giving true benefit of the doubt. On my way home, i realized that my side mirrors were moved, so I attempted to adjust them to my liking and the right mirror starts to make a clicking sound. It looks stuck, but the mirror is facing up and I can’t adjust it. It was a real safety hazard on my way to work this morning when I couldn’t see the vehicles in my blind spot. 3rd, i received a call not 20 minutes after I ñleft pacific elite and was told that the bumper that was placed on my car was from an outside market and not an original. I understand I am not the expert in fixing cars, but it’s upsetting. Now i have to go back and waste not only my time but Pacific’s Elites time and the insurances money to place an original bumper on my car. I know my car is not new, but it’s still my car. I felt that because it was “just the bumper” being fixed, it the job was just brushed off. I didn’t leave Pacific Elite upset yesterday, but I’m upset now. The paper mat was left inside of my car, a dry rose that I had on my dash was scattered all over the seat and I had to throw it away. It’s the little things. If I compare this experience with the experience I had at Eurotech in Cerritos, this experience was horrible. From communication to the job that was done. This has nothing to do with Jose, because he was friendly. I’m just upset with the results. I appreciate that a solution is being offered, but this isn’t excellent service. It’s very disappointing.

My repair was fix in 4 days.Pacific elite did a very good job on my car the color matched and most of all they used nissan parts not after market parts.They also keep you up to date in message on day to day repair on your car.if l recommend them for car repair 100% satisfied.The staff there in Pacific Elite very nice and they are there for any questions you have on your car.
