Horrible customer service.
I came here to get an estimate for auto body damage because someone hit my parked car at a grocery store and drove off.
The lady at the front desk told me that they would not give me an estimate because "the price is going to be too high and unless you bring an insurance company's estimate, we are not going to give you an estimate". "I am too busy with payroll and other stuff".
I have never experienced anything like this in my life.
