Renn and William made my first experience having my car in an auto repair shop incredibly smooth from start to finish. I’ve always been the one hitting people so I didn’t know what to expect. I now have a solid standard of service to gauge any future experiences. Fingers crossed it doesn’t happen. If I added up the total time spent at Fix Auto East Portland between the estimate, dropping off my car picking up rental, dropping off rental and returning home with a shiny new bumper, I spent less than an hour. Pretty dam good if you ask me. Just my personal opinion but I appreciate their hard work. Happy Thanksgiving guys.
