The whole experience was smooth and easy from beginning to end. We had great communication at the beginning but then it really dropped off. The final cost was almost double the estimate and we were never informed. Also, due to ordering the wrong part... the work was a week past expected timeline. Other than that, we are satisfied.

You lost my order so I got treated like I shouldn't have been there when I brought in my car. You told me the afternoon it was supposed to be done that it would be another day. You gave me a half hour window to pick up my car (done at 4:30, close at 5), then when I showed up you made me wait over a half hour, because it wasn't done yet. Then the guy who handed off my keys told me that I should keep the whistle, to use on girls, which I don't fully understand but whatever it meant I'm pretty sure it's offensive.
