Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The woman who answers the phone is always so pleasant and helpful. Drop off / pick up with car rental was so convenient. Had a very nice rental. The text updates were nice. You worked around our work schedule and understood our work and transportation issue (husband works out of town and small child / car seat issue). And last but not least was very pleasantly surprised by the van being cleaned on the inside as well!! So thank you for that!!
