This makes twice I’ve had to use ABRA to repair my car. I should said forced to use because I was never given a choice in which bodyshop used to repair my vehicle. But this makes twice I was put in **** near tears because I would not handover $500 for a deductible I don’t even have. all because a lack of communication between employees. Also, in the process of fixing my doors, my oil pan was busted. Just was not a satisfactory visit or process.
