The people were very friendly. I received updates on a daily basis so I never worried at all about when I’m car would be finished with the repairs. I will recommend every body to go to this Abra. I am extremely happy with the Quality of work

Was never contacted when I was told I would be, I always had to call to get updates. When I did ask for updates, it was vague and was always told the same thing for all 4 weeksmy car has been there, that it was in "final stage". I requested an itemized list of repairs 3 times and gave my email each time and never received one. No real time line was ever given. I was told repairs would take a week, called and was told it would be done in 2 days, called was told it would be done the next week, called and was told it would be done by the end of the week. This happened 3 more times. The repairs that I was told would take a week are now going on 4. I can only hope the quality of your work supersedes the poor quality of your customer service when I finally get my car back. I will not be returning.
