ABRA has miscommunicated from the beginning. Now I keep getting texts saying my vehicle is done but I have not received a call from anyone yet. The customer service is beyond terrible. I would not reccommend ABRA to anyone.

I specifically got pictures of both sides of my car to be repaired in estimate. Circled both sides on diagram when I dropped off car and stated in an email to make sure both sides were repaired. Only one side was repaired due to claim insurance, yet no one called me to let me know so I could contact my insurance company and resolve.

There are two obvious mistakes in the door. I presume you will call me tomorrow and tell me that you will replace the door. If I can see the mistakes, your technicians should and did see them. They said my car with 72 miles when hit would look new. I am extremely disappointed.
