The car was ready for pick up in half of the estimated time. When I arrived the service manager permitted me to see the car under the same lights they use to locate damages. I noted one small area of "surface scratches" which they repaired (on the spot) prior to handing the vehicle over to me.

I think my car looks great thank u. I also appreciate your staff taking me home an picking me up so I didn't have to walk home when I didn't have my car. Big thank u and to your friendly taff, that means alot to me thanks again Barry R

My last response was sent too soon. I was not completely satisfied though. I shouldn't have to pick my car up after service dirty. Other than that, the work done was great! If I had to use you for service again, I would not use Enterprise for my car rental. The car that i received was dirty and had a dent in the door. At the very least, they can clean the cars a little. The steering wheel was even gross to the the touch.

Brandon did a great job of keeping me up to date on the work that was being done on my car. You guys did a fantastic job and was quick to get it done.

Unhappy with the clean up of my truck. Seemed like didn't go the extra effort to repair the vehicle. The truck was cleaner when I brought it in for repair then when I left, they had gotten in the back of my truck and had all the seats pulled up and had the jack covered uncovered and lost a piece on the cover , Grant said he will replace, the truck was not washed, Grant keep saying how the clean up guy was not very good.

As stated before the rear drivers side fender/bumper is wirse after the shop trying to fix it more paint is missing, not sure but it may now be down the the metal and the difference between my two headlights looks horrible. A headlight had to be replaced but the older one nothing was done to it to make it look comparable at all. I had considered bringing it back in to get other minor debts/dmscratches out but think I may go find another repair shop. I have always used your company and been completely satisfied but I wanted all cosmetic damages gone from my vechicke and they are not. The panel the runs down the middle of my doors looks like it was reps intend as well leaving the other three panels looking old. The passenger headlight was replaced but the drivers dude was not and it looks awful Wuth the difference I feel the driver dude should've been polished and cleaned to look comparable to the passenger side. One dude of my truck looks brand new the other side does not. That should've been considered and included in my repairs I feel. I never had a problem with any if this extra work being done in previous visits. I'm sad to say I was a little disappointed once getting SUV home and really examining it. If all the things I mentioned above would be fixed or repaired I would consider bringing it back in future if I needed to otherwise I will be finding a new body shop I'm sad to say. I have recommended you to several people and I wish this time I didn't have complaints. If there's anything you would be willing to do about this I'd gladly hear your offer.
