Totally loved the text and email updates especially the email with the pictures of the progress. Plus the speed of in and out of the office from the estimate, the drop off and the pick up. There was no wait times at all. It's apparent that Wards values my time as much as I do which is rare. Thanks so much your attention to detail in all areas from office to the repairs is the type of customer service I wish I would receive everywhere. Wards is an excellent example for all other businesses to follow no matter the type.

I Know enterprise car rental is not part of Wards but if I had a complaint it would be them. When a costumer has a reservation number, insurance approval AND a drop off appointment, the vehicle discussed/requested weeks prior should be there waiting. That customer should not be asked to come back at another time or have to wait hour(s). Or try to talk them out of the type of vehicle they requested for whatever reason they requested it for. Just thought you may want to know how Enterprise was treating Wards customers. I think Wards is the best and refuse to allow anybody else to do my paint and body work. I drive a good distance to get there. I always tell others to go to Wards for their work. Thank you again for another great job. If I need anything, I will give you a call.
