Great work! Overall very satisfied. Just wish the person that slammed down my center console would have notified the person in charge instead of acting like it didn't happen and had me leave with the plastic underneath broken off and broken ear buds from slamming the center console down.

Lee was awesome. Answered all questions. Kept me updated with the repairs on my car. Loved the emails as well as text messages notifying me of every step. Lee even sent a email hoping I felt better after finding out I was sick. Great service. Although it took 3 weeks I would rather quality service than a rushed job. Thx to all. This was a 13 week process for a hit I was told would take 3 to 4 weeks to repair. Empty promises of when it would be done .When it was supposed to be ready for pick up 2 weeks ago the repaired areas were in terrible condition and there was further damage from being in the shop. I did get the car back yesterday. My overall comment is wow, 13 weeks really. Something needs to change. I actually have spoken to an attorney and the BBB as well as State Farm as to further action.

Replaced every thing on my van that was broke, bent or dented the paint matches there are no blemishes on the paint nor any streaking so im very pleased that i chose this company to repair my van from the suggested places that my insurance said i can take my vehicle too. Im also impressed that they were able to keep me updated as the whole process was going, I would chose this company again hopefully I don't need to but if it does happen I would, thank you.
