The work was excellent & employees were very pleasant & friendly. My only complaint was that I was told on Thursday before that storm that my car was finished except for clean up & since I was evacuating town, I decided to pick up on Monday. Of course the shop wasn't open on Monday & that was understandable but when I got there on Tuesday afternoon. I was told my car wasn't ready. I would have appreciated someone calling me to let me know that so I wouldn't have made a trip there.

Our car took over a month to be repaired when we were told it would probably take a couple of weeks. We still have shards of glass all over the car from our accident, which we thought would be cleaned out. Also, we're having problems with electronics now in the car, that worked perfectly fine before we brought our car in. Our main radio/navigation screen isn't working properly, and our power foot boards are t working at all. We have to bring our car into another shop.

The question only allows a yes or no answer. While I was not unsatisfied I was not completely satisfied. I was called to get the car twice when it was not ready. The seemed to be a lack of communication between Geico and Ward's concerning final payment which delayed my getting the vehicle. I felt that it took too long to complete the work. The workmanship on the repairs, as far as I can tell, is fine.

Given 5 different completion dates, always different excuses for the delays and then when got the car home all the black trimming is loose and peeling off.
