He kept me updated on the status of my Kia and told me about any out of pocket expense I would have before doing the work. I really appreciate everything Roger and Chad have done for me. They were both very attentive and easy to talk to. Roger was very friendly and assisting me with checking in and out my car, went over everything in detail, and was very friendly to boot!
