This was our second time working with Jason at ABRA and he’s great! ABRA takes pride in their work and thei customer service at the Ogden shop is fantastic. Jason is top-notch and does a wonderful job.

I found Roger to have too abrasive a personality to be working with the public. He did get the job done, however I feel that some kindness and compassion would have gone a long way in my giving a better review. He called saying our vehicle was ready for pick up, then informed me we needed to pay as the insurance check was coming to me (this was news to me). So, I paid. (The insurance check arrived that day in my mail). So, ok. Secretary wanted me to sign saying non-OEM parts were okay. When I declined, the manager (?) attempted ad nauseum to convince me that non-OEM parts are essentially "the same" as OEM. Our conversation was needlessly drawn out. I wanted my car to be exactly the same; clearly generic parts do not fit that description. Non-OEM windshield was ordered but they caught and corrected that mistake. I think I trust them? But the hard-sell of non-OEM parts left me wondering if that is their big money maker? Overall to everyone: Just show more kindness and compassion. If you are on the phone, somehow please acknowledge my entrance. Do not act incensed that I ask for a time estimate--I realize it is a soft prediction dependent on many things! Positives: they worked with the insurance companies, got the job done. Called for my car rental. Complementary hot beverage selection in waiting area.

Had the best experience with ABRA. Jason our representative kept me up to date on everything,that was going on with my vehicle,not to mention that they keep in touch 3 times a week!!! Awesome service.

You we're able to do are estiment and get us in and out in less then 3 days and the work looks great they even took me in to the rental cars office to pick up my rental since enterprise said they can are rental and the insurance company would not provide a car they said they don't do that for these type clams who know

Roger was very straight forward and polite. The lobby was very intimidating and made my heart sink. Repairs were great! Loved the detail of the interior. Communication was pretty good... Some of the updates were too generic. Overall well done! I left you a good Google review! Thank you!
