From beginning the process of giving me the estimate on the repairs needed all the way through till I picked up my car the Lefler Team was great as always. This was the first time I had experience with the text updates as to where the repair was in progress and whether it was on track for the date originally thought to be completed. Although we were satisfied the communication on the progress and completion of the vehicle was not the best. We could have picked our car up 5 days earlier if we were notified when it was completed. I was receiving text messages and never received the one that it was completed. In fact via text the vehicle wasn’t due to be completed until Friday afternoon and the vehicle was completed Thursday afternoon.

I believe my repairs look good on my car, but I have 4 instances of fast acceleration on my insurance monitor from driving to and from the exhaust shop. I understand my car has turbo on it, but I know it works just fine. I didn't need it tested out.
