The front end repair that was insurance covered looks fine. The self pay back end I'm disappointed with. When this area was estimated I said I wanted it fixed and pointed out the entire area. Went home and discussed it with my father and he agreed to help pay for it. I called yall back to have this repair added to my reservation and at that time I again verified that this would not be a partial repair but completely fixed. I was assured the entire area would be repaired. I heard nothing from yall until two hours before my car was to be picked up. I came the next evening after work to find that the bumper area had not be touched, the pointless areas and dings had not been fixed and the line up of the two pieces with the tail light was still off a little. The area that was fixed looks great, but why would I pay out of pocket to have my car repaired if one area of the damaged would look new but the lower bumper area was untouched and still damaged? When I asked I was told they forgot to touch up those spots, which once again is disappointing because that should have been caught by yall instead of me having to ask about it after paying. It was explained to me after the fact that in order to have repainted the lower end that was dinged and paint chipped that it would've had to be removed/sanded and painted and cost more-which makes sense but if I ask and verify hat the end product will be and I'm told it will be complete then I expect complete...not half new looking and the other untouched leaving me using touch up paint on the untouched areas.

As has been the case a number of times we have successfully relied on Whaley's to take care of our cars. Thank you all.

i was so pleased with the service I received. The process was explained throughly, the communication was clear and the estimate was quick and easy. An appointment was made for the repairs, with a clear explanation of how long it would take and even updates on the progress of the repairs. The office staff was efficient, and pleasant. My concerns were communicated quickly to service representatives and resolved quickly. My car's back seat was covered in dog hair and even that was vacuumed and gone when I picked my car up .. they went above and beyond . Wonderful!!

I have no complaints the work that y'all done was great and the people are always friendly. I will definitely recommend whaleys to anyone needing body work. Thanks for everything.
