The front desk staff & sales person could have been a little more diplomatic when discussing my alignment issue. Once they realized I was telling the truth about the alignment estimate being on the original quote their attitude changed towards me. Otherwise the service was impeccable.

Car taken to the shop on Monday 28th, and promised on Friday the 1st at 4:00. All week long I received updates and confirmations that it would be done on Friday. Then at 2:30 on Friday, I received an email update that it wouldn't be ready till ****:51 Monday. I called to complain that letting me know so late had not allowed me to plan for my weekend transportation, but "sorry, it's not done and we don't work weekends" was all I got. I understand that things don't always go as planned, but it's how you handle them that makes the difference. If I break a promise to someone, I call early, I ask what kind of inconvenience it might create, and I make offers to help mitigate. Not what I got from you.
