Clear communication and good work are essential ingredients in a positive transaction. On both fronts you excelled. I was able to schedule a repair such that I left for Brussels and upon returning the car was just finished. The estimate was very close (actually it was under but then there were a few additional things that made up the difference).

I think there may be an opportunity to tighten up your communications with customers. I appreciated the text updates but didn't receive anything except updated times, so when it was extended by 4 days I was left wondering why. Additionally, I received a text at 10am today saying my car was ready, but when I arrived, the receptionist suggested that I should have waited for a phone call that never came. Other than that, great work; my car looks great.

The work was excellent but the time to complete was longer than I was originally told. If I had known, I would have rented a car. Brought it in on a Wednesday expecting to get it back by Friday afternoon (3 days) and ended up not getting it back until the following Thursday at 4:00 (7 business days).
