You promise your work for life right? Then why the hell is my sun roof still broken?? This is ridiculous. Time shouldn't matter, I paid in full for a new sunroof and to get it installed and aparently that's too hard for you guys.

I was not completely satisfied. My van was initially in the shop for 2 ****/2 weeks, when on the day it was due to be done I got a call that a part was missing. I understand that the dealer forgot to send it, but at the same time.... you had my van for 2 ****/2 weeks and did not notice until the last day. When I order items off Amazon, i check the box over when it arrives. which then meant I had to continue to pay for my rental car over the weekend for 3 more days. When I got my van, I noticed some imperfections in the paint job that was done and they were obvious. Thus, the van had to come back in for an additional day. These issues felt like hassles. Staff were apologetic and did cover the cost of a rental car for the one day work. The repairs in the end look good. I would have to consider whether I would have additional work done here.
