The detail work (which is what I was there for - not a repair), was fantastic!
However, my ignition was left on and when I went to pick my vehicle up it was after hours, and the battery was completely dead. I live in Arden Hills, and had a loaner vehicle for the weekend. But otherwise that would have been an even bigger hassle. Again, the "work" performed was satisfactory, so I don't think that this incident will deter me from going back. The customer service there is very friendly, from what experienced in my few visits.

Although my repairs were eventually completed properly, it was a frustrating experience when I first pointed out a problem with my trunk that was ignored or blown off and the day I was supposed to get my car back I get a call saying there was a reason for the trunk being a bit off and they'd need my car another 2 ****/2 weeks. It was exactly what I pointed out day **** but it wasn't noticed or addressed until the day the repairs were supposed to be completed. Just a little note - when I did come to pick up my car, there were white smudges all over the inside. You'd think there would be a little more attention to detail on those kinds of things. The exterior looked great, but I was disappointed to see the big smudges on the interior. I did ask for someone to come wipe them down, which he did, but that should have been done upon delivery to me. These aren't big issues, just little things that would have gone a long way with me.
